This competition is open to NZ residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of SCG and participating companies and their immediate families and agencies are ineligible to enter. Prize is open to eligible print, digital and full-access subscribers with New Zealand addresses only.The payer of the subscription receives the prize, not the recipient of the subscription. The bill payer must have an address in New Zealand. Note all current subscribers of print, digital and full-access subscriptions with an address in New Zealand are entered into the draw.A winner will be randomly drawn and notified by phone or email. Where attempts to contact the winner fail (e.g., when the winner cannot be contacted by phone after three attempts or mail sent is returned) another winner will be selected.
The prize is non-transferable (no name changes), non-redeemable for cash and cannot be sed in conjunction with any other special offer.The 2-night stay must be completed before 31 December 2024. Rooms are subject to availability. If the hotel is forecast to be 80% or higher occupancy, the hotel has the right of refusal. Blackout dates apply in 2024 on 5 – 8 June, 30 June, 1-2 July, 13 July, 8 November, 13 – 16 November and 31 December 2024. Travel to and from Auckland is not included.
The winner will be responsible for expenses including, but not limited to, spending money, additional food, drinks, transport, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. All bookings are subject to availability. All elements of the prize must be used within the stay. The prize, or parts thereof, cannot be replaced with cash/credit. Credit cards must be provided at check-in to cover any additional incidental costs, over and above what is included in the prize.The winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies SCG in respect of any claim for any accident, injury or property damage that may occur in connection with the prize. In the event that any prize, or part of the prize, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
