Thanks to television programmes such as Discovery Channel’s ‘American Chopper’, just about everyone knows what a custom motorcycle is. What they may not know, though, is the words ‘custom motorcycle’ don’t necessarily mean ‘chopper’. Looking back through custom biking history, what the guys who started the scene called a ‘chopper’ isn’t quite the same thing as what we associate the word with today. We here at 100% Biker are aware that a custom bike doesn’t have to be a chopper and so we have put together this book to show you some of the best custom bikes from our long history.
